The Capital Hotel will be the venue for the Congress from 25 to 30 August, 2003. It locates in the city center with a good position and convenient transportation. It is only 1.5 kilos to the Forbidden City, the Tian'anmen Square and the business center and 30 kilos to the Beijing International Airport. We offers first class facilities for presenters and delegates attending the Congress.
