近日获悉，2011国际生物力学（ISB）会议组委会对来自发展中国家、参加ISB2011会议的部分作者提供资助。有意申请资助的学者，请看以下详细通知。

Dear ISB2011 Author,

The ISB2011 Committee decided to allocate several travel grants to authors who have at least one accepted submission for the forthcoming ISB2011 Conference.

These grants are dedicated to authors from Emerging and Developing Countries and will cover the plane ticket (economy class) and/or the congress entrance fee.

Note that hotel costs will be covered by the grantee him-/her- self (i.e., the ISB2011 organisation will not cover costs related to hotels, breakfast and evening meals).

If you feel you are entitled to apply for such grants, please send the following documents to info@isb2011.org (indicate in the subject of your email words "grant request"):

1- Your ISB2011 submission number.

2- The city and country from which you will have to take the plane (or train).

3- A short resume (CV), 3-page maximum.

4- A motivation letter, 1-page maximum.

Important notes

- The final selection will be done case by case on the basis of the above information.

- One grant per accepted paper.

- Sending a request for a grant does not automatically give you the grant.

- Deadline for submission: the 15th of April 2011.
