Appendix 2: How to become sponsorship of the Symposium? |
| The basic rate for a
commercial exhibit is RMB5,000 for a 3m2 booth. The company representative will be
entitled to all the benefits offered to the delegates, morning and afternoon
teas, lunch and dinner, satchel with program and proceedings, reception dinner
and banquet, and all social activities. The Golden Sponsorships are thought at RMB20,000. Each sponsor will be provided with a 6m2 booth and four free participation in the Symposium. The sponsorship will be announced in the call-for-papers, program booklet, front or back inside page of proceedings, Symposium Homepage, and in the side banners of the Symposium venues. Sponsorship at RMB40,000 will be entitled the Co-organizer of the Symposium. This sponsorship will be provided with a 12m2 booth and 8 free participations in the Symposium. The sponsorship will be announced in the call-for-papers, program booklet, front or back inside page of proceedings, Symposium Homepage, and in the central banner of the Symposium venues. |
